What is the Skrew! Gear return policy?

While we think that you will love what you ordered from us, if something isn’t right just let us know. Before you send anything back, please make sure that that you have not worn it, washed it, stained it, or damaged it as we will NOT accept ANY merchandise returned to us in this manner. Only merchandise with the proper tags and receipt(s), packing slip(s), and/or RMA number(s) will be accepted.

Absolutely no returns or exchanges after 30 days from date of purchase!

If, after we receive your returned merchandise we do determine that you are entitled to a refund, it will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Sorry, we can not accept COD returns.

May I return Skrew! Gear merchandise that I bought at a store?

Unfortunately, merchandise which is purchased at a store may only be returned at the store that the purchase was made. The Skrew! Gear returns department is unable to process a return for merchandise which was purchased at a store.
